The following rates are the amounts I bill the insurance company. Please know that if you have insurance you will usually only be responsible for a small or no percentage of these amounts. I will verify your insurance prior to the initial appointment and make you aware of any co-pays or deductibles. Any co-pay, deductible, or account balance will be required to be paid at each appointment. 

Patient Evaluation- $150

45-60 minute Individual Session- $125

If you need to reschedule an appointment that has already been made, please contact me at least 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and I will be happy to arrange another time for us to meet. Once a session is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 24-48 hours notice that you are cancelling (unless you and I agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control.)

No-show or Late-Cancellation Fee- $50
